Yes, all the session are live including the skills sessions. You are encouraged to show up live as we find those that don’t are not as connected to implementing changes. All session will be recorded

Who is this NOT for?

People that are looking for quick wins or quick fix’s. This shit is complex! People that are not prepared to do the work, or are looking for a program they can be a ‘passenger’ in…. This ain’t for you!

Can my manager do this program instead of me?

I am a sole operator, is this program right for me?

What if I need more or specific support?

Every member gets a 2 private 1-1 session during the program. We have never be tight with my time and we also appreciate that every single business and business owner has unique needs. All our programs are a perfect mix of community, content, education and coaching. This ensures all learning opportunities/formats are covered.

How many people will be in the skills sessions?

We absolutely nail the community side of our coaching program. We do this by not just delivering great content, but by facilitating meaningful discussions with your peers so you can hear how other people are navigating the same themes in business. Our skills session often have 8 to 10 salon and clinic owners that employ team in them.

Will I be sharing private information?

We open meaningful conversations within our community, but that does not mean you will need to volunteer financial information to the community.

You will however, share your numbers throughout the program with myself privately so I can give you specific guidance and feedback. If this is a deal breaker, this is not the program for you. We cannot provide coaching support without visibility.

Will you hit me with a ‘hard sell’?
