With a 26 year career in beauty and employing up to 20 employees at any one time, it goes without saying that Marie Drever is the queen of structure and organization. She has a hands on and head in the game approach to business and her down to earth demeanour, both engaging and encouraging, lets any struggling business owner know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
